Abbey Rodamaker, MA, BCBA - Clinical Director
With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience!
Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Abbey Rodamaker has called Navarre, Fl home since 2013. With a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Exceptional Student Education, Abbey has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018. As a mother of kiddos diagnosed with Autism, Abbey brings a unique perspective to the clinical side of ABA therapy. She knows the science, but she also knows the daily real-life challenges parents and caregivers face.
Alexa McCue, MA, RBT
Miss Alexa is hitting the books and the classroom—she’s currently in school working toward her BCBA certification! With her warm, upbeat energy and a curiosity for evidence-based strategies, she’s sharpening her skills to bring even more thoughtful, effective support to the families and kids we serve. Expect fresh ideas, enthusiastic problem-solving, and the same caring approach you know—just with extra clinical know-how on the way. We’re cheering her on as she learns, grows, and gets ready to make an even bigger impact!
Miss Michelle is our OG RBT — the steady, smiling heart of Changing Tides ABA Therapy. When she’s not supporting our families with patience, skill, and a sprinkle of fun, she’s soaking up time with her kids, grandkids, and fur babies. Reliable, warm, and always ready with a cheer or a clever game, Miss Michelle brings years of experience and a whole lot of love to every session. We’re so lucky to have her!
Miss Michelle is currently working on her BA and is already planning to continue her education toward a Master’s and BCBA credentials. Her dedication to learning and growing means families can expect thoughtful, evidence-based care that keeps getting better. Miss Michelle brings curiosity, heart, and a commitment to professional excellence to every session—always learning so she can give your child the very best!
